Driven by a deep passion for business development and administrative efficiency, Katherine understands how overwhelming it can be to juggle day-to-day tasks while focusing on growing your business. â€‹Her passion lies in helping wellness & purpose-driven businesses streamline their operations and establish strong organizational systems. ​

In her downtime, she enjoys activities that recharge her energy and inspire creativity. Yoga and Pilates are her go-to practices not only for maintaining physical strength, but also for cultivating inner peace, a perspective she brings into her work with wellness brands. She also embraces mindfulness through meditation and journaling, using these practices to stay grounded and intentional in both life and business.​​

Jesenia Silva is a communications and digital marketing professional with a strong background in strategy, content development, and stakeholder engagement.

 

She has supported organizations across government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors, bringing a versatile skill set to each role.

Her experience includes working with Members of Parliament during federal campaigns, where she managed social media accounts, crafted messaging, and developed digital strategies to connect with constituents and amplify policy priorities.

 

She has also supported businesses in industries such as beauty, wellness, fashion, and professional services, helping them elevate their online presence, engage communities, and strengthen brand awareness.

 

In addition to her expertise in social media management, Jesenia has coordinated large-scale communications projects, facilitated events, and provided leadership in areas such as campaign management, analytics, and community outreach. She is passionate about blending creativity with strategy to deliver results that not only grow audiences but also build authentic relationships.​
